Spirit Group Coronavirus Customer & Employee Charter
Spirit Group are operating to ensure urgent servicing and repairs can be carried out to key workers and customer's vehicles. Our sales operations are open for business on a telephone and 'click & collect' basis until further notice.

It is our priority to ensure that key workers, customers & employees are protected against the spread of Coronavirus, especially when visiting our business and interacting with us.

We have taken many steps to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our employees is maintained on a continual basis.
We have therefore, implemented a customer & employee charter to make our specific actions clear:

  • Social distancing measures will be adopted until futher notice;
  • We may ask you to wait outside on occasions to ensure social distancing can be maintained;
  • We have dedicated customer toilets to help avoid cross contamination;
  • Bottled water is available on request for customer refreshments;
  • We politely request that only your car key is handed to our service team to aid sanitisation and prevent cross contamination;
  • Please ensure that all non-essential personal belongings are removed from your car;
  • Please leave your service book and locking wheel nuts are on your passenger seat;
  • We carry out comprehensive housekeeping routines throughout the day;
  • We sanitise hard surfaces (including door handles) throughout the day;
  • We sanitise customers' cars before and after we work on them;
  • We sanitise courtey cars daily and carry out anti-bacterial treatments on a regular basis;
  • We supply PPE to all employees;
  • We have anti-bacterial hand sanitiser available for customers visiting our premises;
  • We offer all customers 'Hyundai Kleenair' anti-bacterial and viral vehicle treatment to help keep their vehicle sanitised and safe. We offer this at a reduced price of £29.99 (including VAT).
